An association should be open, fair, and democratic in conducting business with its membership and clients. No one group should dominate the running of an association. One's voice should be heard that would improve and make the association better. Members makeup the membership, therefore, member officials should have more involvement in the running of the association.
Standing committees at a minimum should have three (3) members per committee, all to be appointed by the board of directors. The board will also name a chairman for each committee.
