Meeting minutes of the board of directors and general membership should be taken. Board of directors minutes should be released to the general membership. This action shall be delivered within seven (7) days of the meeting. Minutes from general membership meetings shall also be distributed within seven (7) of the date of the meeting. Minutes of both meetings should be filed in the corporate binder.
